I never thought of it that way, I always thought that the people left behind were the people who lost out. I love fresh thinking. I'm not a Mother, but I think you're right. I can see it, there are a few women in particular where I can see it so clearly, they know what it is to love, they know how to love even the little things, and the little ones. Beautiful people.

You have to love these short poems that pack a punch. The spacing for the last line was great. As with Liv, i never thought of it that way, but there is certainly a truth to it. This was a unique observation delivered so well.
