Ancient Ruins
Branches shadow the crumbling wall; a building with mystery halls. Historic tales of a Kings lair and a lovely, with grace and flair. Moon tracing an ancient glory, of stately halls and their story.
This was done from inspiration from a picture...which is exasperating not to be able to do on this site...

MMmmm. No reason you can't do. We have a picture prompt in our Members Monthly Challenge almost every month. You can also host your own! The Drops words to pick from are at the top of the Board. Or you can follow this link. www.thepoetsanctuary.net/dropsofpoetry.html I like the story aspect of your poem. Great appeal.

Alternatively if a picture's inspired you, you can post your poem in it's appropriate board and provide a link to the picture or an image, just make sure you acknowledge who the picture's by. I loved the beauty of this, puts me in mind of England with it's grand structures and tumbling ruins.
