I crawled with my heart dangling Touching the rough surface of the earth Bearing the cruel sun scorching The hand that cradled you since birth.
My vivid memories of the past Gives me the courage to move on Though my body might not last And you not caring to mourn.
I might have hurt you deep But it never is my intention, I just wanted to keep And give you my protection.
With heart heavy with longing I pray you to come home Bring back my singing Make me feel not alone...
