RR, you have such a lovely touch with these drops poems. This is amazing! I did not expect this from the title at all, but am I glad I got a chance to read it.

Riverrose~This was SO joyfully creative...what a GREAT piece of work....a lot said in so few word's about the state of so much that's going on in the world today....LOVED IT!!! musie

Excellent opening to this one, I really like the contrast between the hard language and 'concrete' images to the simple beauty of a songbird. This poem then becomes quite a somber theme to me, as natural beauty seems to be overwhelmed by the false idols. A very creative drops piece. Mick
