@ JohnnieStrange ~ thanks, that's the cool thing about dada poetry, which this is very like ... open to many interpretations. I think this one is mainly about October being naked, out there, suffering in her beginning cold spells, sympathizing with those who fel pain and do not habitually numb it with alcohol .... sot of a piece in solidarity with those with alcoholic partners who may have difficulty in supporting the non-alcoholic partner.

Hello weavergirl!
I find this a very intriguing write. I really felt like this was describing the sacrifice some people make in order to deal with another's destructing habits, whether it be alcohol or something else. I like the use of the different months, can show maybe the passing of time and progress? Nicely done on this.
