Short and sweet. I liked the rhyme. It's always kinda difficult to rhyme with these. I know I lose track of where I'm going with mine; just picking random words and hope that they make sense at least a little...

I thought this was one of the best Drops I've heard. You did a reallly good job with it, and I'm hoping to see more from you. Nice write. ~Brandi

Short and sweet, and right to the point. Loved it. So much meaning in so little words. I know how you feel...finally.

Well, thank you, my friend. Seeing as though I've never in my life fallen in love with a poet, so I don't really know why I felt the urge to write about it...
Oh, well!

I thanks you again, Jus! At least someone liked it. It's been on here for forever. I felt so unloved for a while there. Thank you for rekindling my spark of acceptance! ;D

My Poet

My passion recoiled, I saw a poet Who dared to consume my art The anguish I felt Was too much to tell But I see that poet now Through new eyes Eyes that divide, as they meet mine And now I write of this poet And I cry with a waste of sad tears My angel possesses me now And I can't look up to his scars As he writes the poem of me, And hands me the rose We will be apart for the season, But I will live fully, Without the sadness I felt before I met my poet.

I thanks you. Glad you liked it. I got that saying from a friend's shirt. It amused me, and he hates me for using it, but I don't really care. He'll get over it eventually. ;D

Are we all so normal, Frigid beneath secret dreams? For if joy and smiles Were to think, I would have felt the sun by now. Soon I will taste the lines of tears, And exist fully without fears again.

So few words, so much to say. That's why I like this genre. Your poem was really good. I liked it. Keep it up.

I sent it a couple of days ago...I said that i'm the one who Carly made you growl for, and I was proud of myself that I knew who you were. I'm easily amused, if you can't tell.
